1. Delivery Method and Timeline All products available on www.offlinecutkit.com are digital assets (preset packs). No physical goods will be shipped.
Immediate Access: Upon successful verification of payment by our secure processors, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link.
Email Confirmation: The download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout (presetpacks@offlinecutkit.com will be the sender for support queries).

2. European and UK Consumer Law Waiver In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the standard 14-day “right of withdrawal” or “cooling-off period” does not apply to digital content once the downloading or streaming has begun.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: By completing your purchase and initiating the download of our digital preset packs, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you hereby lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel the order or request a refund without cause.
3. Technical Requirements and Compatibility It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they possess the necessary software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro) to use our presets.
All product pages clearly state software compatibility.
Failure to meet technical requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund after the digital delivery has commenced.

We log the IP address and timestamp of every download.
In the event of a payment dispute (Chargeback), this data will be submitted to the relevant financial institution as Proof of Delivery to confirm that the digital assets were successfully accessed.
5. Refund and Support Policy Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
Defective Files: If a file is found to be corrupted or technically defective, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a replacement link or a corrected version of the file.
