2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE LICENCE
All content on this site, including presets, code, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of DOSHIKELA LIMITED and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
Limited Licence: Purchase of a Digital Product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the assets in your personal or commercial video projects.
Prohibited Acts: You may not redistribute, resell, sub-licence, or “bundle” our raw files in any form. Reverse engineering or using our assets to create competing preset products is strictly prohibited.
Software Affiliation: DOSHIKELA LIMITED is an independent provider. Our products are compatible with third-party software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve), but we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these software owners.
3. REFUND POLICY & WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive:
Immediate Performance: By purchasing our Digital Products, you provide your express consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content.
Waiver of Cooling-off Period: You acknowledge that once the digital delivery has commenced (the download link has been sent), you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal and are no longer eligible for a refund.
Technical Support: All sales are final. However, if a file is corrupted or technically defective, please contact us within 7 days, and we will provide a replacement.
4. PAYMENT & SECURITY
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Accuracy: You agree to provide current and accurate purchase information.

Refunds will not be granted for personal error regarding software compatibility.
